SPVM officers met today at the Maison des cyclistes with representatives of Info-Crime Montréal, Vélo Québec and elected officials of the Ville de Montréal to highlight the good news, which is arriving just in time for the 2021 cycling season.

30th anniversary banquet a great success!

William Bumbray, the man who marked the history of Info-Crime Montreal, played a major role in the event.
The 30th anniversary banquet drew a record crowd of more than 365 attendees to the event which took place on October 26 last in Le Riviera banquet hall in the eastern part of the Island. The popular event was under the honorary chairmanship of William Bumbray and there never was such a large crowd in the history of the organization, who came together for the cause, according to Samir Hasbani, past President of ICM between 2000 and 2003.
30th Anniversary Banquet : a legendary Honorary President

William Bumbray will be the Honorary President on the occasion of the banquet to celebrate the 30th anniversary of ICM on October 26 next. Retired member of the Montreal Police Service, Mr. Bumbray was a definite ambassador over the years following the launching of the program. It will be recalled that at that time there were re-enactments of crimes which were telecast on TQS and CFCF television, which turned this police officer from the West Island into a celebrity, despite himself.
